Suites will be allocated specific spaces in the surfaced car park. In addition there will be six spaces set aside for visitors and two for disabled drivers.
As well as the reception desk and directory of tenant companies, the spacious reception area includes a casual seating area (see photograph left) where visitors can wait and a cafe area intended for informal meetings or just as a place to socialise. A mail collection point is also conveniently located just beside the reception desk.
A small passenger lift serves the ground and first floors. It is next to the main stairs in the reception area.
All common parts apart from fire escapes and all suites are carpeted.
Each suite has its own metered single phase 13 amp supply.
Every suite has multiple Cat5e and 13 amp power points located in skirting truncking around the outer walls of the room. Appropriate office design enables the whole floor area to utilise these data and voice connections. A virtual private network, server space and broadband internet access is supplied subject to charges and conditions of use.
Male, female and disabled toilets are located on both the first floor and the ground floor.
Shared kitchens are situated on both the first floor and the ground floor.
A meeting room seating suitable for up to eight people around a board room style table is available on the first floor. On the ground floor a larger room with a more flexible table arrangement and presentation display equipment is situated just off the main reception (see phtograph left).
